• By making a booking/ticket purchase; you are showing full agreement to our Booking Terms & Conditions. Once purchased, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for ticket purchases not wanted, used or claimed, etc. We can only offer refunds or exchanges if the event has been cancelled, postponed or rescheduled.

• Your entry to The Velvet Burlesque Midsummer Ball will be secured by PayPal payment made in full. A PayPal booking receipt will be sent to the email registered with your PayPal account - please keep this PayPal booking receipt safe, as it serves as your booking reference.

•  If you use a different email address than the one registered with your PayPal account, please let us know so we can forward your booking confirmation receipt email accordingly. Check your spam/junk folder if your PayPal receipt email does not appear in your main inbox - sometimes, even the most mystical messages get lost in the void.

• All advance tickets will be held for collection at the venue box office as doors open at 7:30pm on the event date.

• Tickets will be issued and saved under the name of the person or PayPal account used for booking.

• Ticket Resale: In the event that a ticket cannot be used and we are informed in advance of the show date (and no less than 24 hours before the event date); upon specific request, we can assist to re-sell the ticket(s) by offering it/them to our mailing list. Please note: we can't guarantee any re-sale.
• Resale Consideration: Your ticket will only be considered as re-sold if the entire event is sold out.
• Re-Stock/Resale Charge: If we manage to re-sell your ticket(s) successfully, it/they will incur a 25% re-stock/resale charge as a standard fee to cover the entire costs of ticket reallocation.

• Doors Open: 7:00pm (Last entry strictly by 9:00pm - no exceptions.)

• Cabaret Showcase: 8:00pm – approx. 9:00pm (An exquisite on-stage spectacle to enchant and delight.)

• Ongoing Ambient and Walkabout Entertainment from 9:00pm onwards - expect mesmerising performances both on stage and throughout the venue.

• The Party Awakens: From 9:00pm, claim your place on the dancefloor and surrender to the rhythm of the night. Let the music summon you into a celebration of sound, spanning the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s, and 20s - a playlist of pure decadence and nostalgia!

• Event Concludes: 1:00am (But the memories will linger far beyond ...)

• An evening of indulgence calls for attire to match. Whether you embrace lavish decadence or timeless sophistication, make your entrance one to remember. Adorn yourself in the height of extravagance or arrive with effortless elegance - either way, your presence should be unforgettable.

• These shows and events will include flashing lights and loud noise - if you have an aversion or trigger to either, we suggest that this event is probably not suitable for you.

• Please note: Our shows are explicitly billed and clearly designated as 18+ certified.

• Some acts and performances will include bawdy or risqué humour, themes, and language, as well as elements of striptease, in keeping with the nature of the show.

• By choosing to attend, we trust that our adult audience has a broad and inquisitive mind. However, if this style of entertainment isn’t for you, our show or event may not be the right fit.

• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the venue if they exhibit aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

• Performers may be subject to change without notice.

• In very rare occurrences; unforeseen circumstances may sometimes lead to show/event cancellation or postponement. (Eg: Covid lockdown.) In the event of a show/event cancellation or postponement, we will offer all ticketholders the choice of receiving a full refund of their ticket value. Please note, however, that while we will ensure the refund of the ticket costs, our liability does not extend to any ancillary expenditure incurred. (This includes but is not limited to expenditure related to travel, accommodation, and food, etc.)

• The Cutler's Hall is a fully accessible venue, with assisted access to the front entrance, and a lift to the Main Hall, event areas, and Bar. 

• Toilets and a cloakroom are located on the ground floor near the lift.

• Please note: This event is designed for immersive celebration - a standing event where you are free to move, mingle, and dance through the night’s enchantment. While the venue offers some seating areas, the essence of the night is a vibrant celebration - more a decadent party than a seated event.

• There are some quieter areas to relax away from the louder Main Hall and Bar areas.
