Classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and posture, support joint health, and leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more comfortable in your body.

Lara is dedicated to helping everyone she teaches reach their maximum potential - often exceeding the initial goals set by her clients, while prioritising safety, confidence, and long-term physical wellbeing.

What is the class actually like?

Classes are a carefully curated blend of Yoga and Pilates-based movement, combined with elements of the Alexander Technique, mobility work, posture, strength, balance, flexibility, controlled movement, and physiotherapy-style exercise.
