• Your booking will be arranged in full via email with Lara Gothique.

• A deposit payment of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of the agreed booking to confirm and secure your booking. 

• If the event date takes place in 30 days or less, then payment is required in full.

• Any outstanding payment(s) must be made no less than 30 days prior to your confirmed booking date.

• You will enter into a binding contract with Lara Gothique when we confirm that your session is fully booked via your deposit/booking confirmation email.

• Any special requests must be made at the time of booking. Any additional inclusions requested after this time may be subject to an additional charge.

• You must let Lara Gothique know if you/your clients/attendees have any health/medical conditions, is pregnant/post-natal, use a wheelchair or mobility device, or are sight/hearing impaired. Sessions can be adapted for anyone with any limitations or special requirements, but we do need to know in advance. Lara will also screen you/your clients/attendees verbally before the session on your booking date. Failure to inform or update Lara of any conditions or limitations (etc.) is the full and sole responsibility of your company & the individual concerned. Lara Gothique will not be held responsible if she was not made aware (via email) of any such condition(s) or limitation(s).

•  If you cancel the booking 30+ days before the session date, the 50% deposit amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• If you cancel the booking between 14-29 days before the session date, 75% of the paid fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• If you cancel the booking between 1-13 days before the session date, 100% of the paid fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• If you cancel the booking on the session date, 100% of the paid fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• If you/your clients/attendees do not turn up for the booking on the confirmed date, 100% of the paid fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• Your booking times are agreed via your confirmation email. These cannot be changed if you are late to/for the booking.

• If you need to rearrange the booking date for any reason once the original booking date has been confirmed, you will be required to pay another 50% deposit fee to secure the new booking date.

• If you have booked the session venue yourself, then you must let us know of any proposed changes to the confirmed venue booking details as soon as possible.  For example: if a venue you have booked needs to change the timing of your confirmed activity; a change in the venue or venue type (nightclub, pub, bar, dance studio, hall, etc.) at which any activity you have booked is to take place (where the activity itself has not significantly changed), etc., then you must discuss the proposed change(s) with us as soon as possible to check that all the changes are agreeable with Lara Gothique. 

• Because your session is booked and planned in advance, in some circumstances, we must reserve the right to make changes to them, and, on the very rare occasion; cancel. Most changes will be insignificant. For example: if a venue that we have booked needs to change the timing of your confirmed activity; a change in the venue or venue type (nightclub, pub, bar, dance studio, hall, etc.) at which any activity you have booked is to take place (where the activity itself has not significantly changed), etc. If we need to make an insignificant change to the main characteristics of your arrangements, we will notify the change to you as soon as possible, and confirm the new arrangements are agreeable.

• Occasionally we may have to make a significant change to your confirmed arrangements and if that is the case, we will seek your agreement to do so. A significant change is one where we or our own venue suppliers significantly alter any of the main characteristics of your arrangements. If we have to make a significant change or cancellation, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss and agree the best possible solution.

• Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances: Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, Lara Gothique will not be held liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances which we or the supplier(s) of the service(s) in question could not avoid even taking all reasonable measures. These events can include, but are not limited to: war, threat of war, civil unrest, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, lock-outs, local unrest, industrial dispute, power-cuts, floods, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, pandemic or epidemic, chemical or biological disaster, adverse weather, snow, ice, storms, river conditions, venue closure or venue interruption, area closure, road closure, and all similar events outside our or the venue supplier(s) control. Advice from the Government or Police to avoid or leave a particular area will also constitute unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

• If Lara Gothique/we have to cancel your booking for any reason outside of the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances as detailed above, then you will be refunded the total fee, paid within 30 days from the cancellation date. (Please note: if Lara Gothique is incapacitated at the time of cancellation (eg: hospitalised, etc.), this may obviously affect the above timescale.)

• Our Conduct:

• Lara Gothique will be polite, courteous, and make sure all members of the session are made aware of what is planned for the group session.

• Lara Gothique will teach your session with full inclusion and safety in mind.

• If you or your group have any issues during the session activity, you must let Lara Gothique know immediately.

• Your group members are fully responsible for their own involvement in the session, and are also fully responsible for their own behaviour and safety during the session.

• We expect all group members to behave courteously, and with consideration for others. We will not tolerate abuse, bullying, and for your group's safety; we will not accept anyone who is too intoxicated to take part in the session.

• You and your group members accept full responsibility for any sort of damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party during your booking with us. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid directly to ourselves, the venue owner, manager, or other supplier at the time this occurs. If you fail to comply, you will be held responsible for meeting any claims or costs subsequently made against us (together with your own and the other party’s legal costs) as a result of your actions.

• If yours or the group's behaviour during the session is deemed as unacceptable, no refund will be made, and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination of the activity as a whole.

• (As above) You must let Lara Gothique know if anyone within your party group has any health/medical conditions, is pregnant/post-natal, use a wheelchair or mobility device, or are sight/hearing impaired. Sessions can be adapted for anyone with any limitations or special requirements, but we do need to know in advance. Lara will also screen you/your clients/attendees verbally before the session on your booking date. Failure to inform or update Lara of any conditions or limitations (etc.) is the full and sole responsibility of your company & the individual concerned. Lara Gothique will not be held responsible if she was not made aware (via email) of any such condition(s) or limitation(s). If any person is not able to attend or continue with the session on the booking date due to any disclosed or undisclosed condition; no refund will be offered.

• Lara Gothique will not be held responsible for any loss of personal items, injury, or any other loss suffered within the session.
