Payment and Ticket Confirmation

Thank you for your Velvet Burlesque show/event ticket order and PayPal payment.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER:


Booking and Payment:

All show and event ticket purchases will be confirmed via a full booking confirmation email. This will be sent to the email address registered with your PayPal account. Please ensure that your registered PayPal email address is up to date to avoid any issues with receiving your confirmation.

  • If you have/use a different email address to the one registered with your PayPal account, please let us know so we can forward your booking confirmation email accordingly.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if our email does not show in your main inbox!


Your show/event booking confirmation email will contain full details about the show/event and your ticket order. Please ensure you read this email carefully, and keep it as your booking reference.


Ticket Collection:

All advance tickets will be held at the venue Box Office for collection upon arrival, and as the venue doors open. Tickets will be issued and saved under the name of the person or PayPal account used for booking.

  • Once purchased, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for ticket purchases not wanted, used or claimed, etc.

Event Day Contact:

On the day of the show/event, we will be offline from 8am due to technical setup and rehearsals at the venue. If you need urgent assistance, please ring/text Lara Gothique.
